Yoga is the perfect antidote to the stresses and busyness of modern life. It can support and strengthen the body, improve movement patterns and range of motion whilst clearing the mind and support relaxation and sleep. It's really a great thing to have in your life!
Circle of Yoga provides group yoga classes, pregnancy yoga, private yoga sessions on a one to one basis, workshops and retreats in Hawke’s Bay and surrounding areas. This is friendly and welcoming yoga for everyone - regardless of fitness level, age, shape or size. For experienced yoga practitioner or total beginners - everyone is welcome.
Rooted in traditions of yoga, but also blending that with some more contemporary body and mind practices, interplaying mindfulness, somatic movement and simply movement that allows you to feel good. My classes combine postures and movement with a strong emphasis on the breath, combined in a mindful and heart felt way and always ending with time to relax. The yoga I guide you through is about opening your body, nourishing your heart and calming the mind. It helps you breathe better, move better and feel better.
Also specialising in Restorative Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Mum & Baby Yoga. Circle of Yoga ensures that your journey towards and during motherhood is richly enhanced by nourishing your body, your mind and your baby.
In a busy world, take some time to reconnect with yourself. I look forward to meeting you on the mat soon.
