Yoga is the perfect antidote to the stresses and busyness of modern life. It can support and strengthen the body, improve movement patterns and range of motion whilst clearing the mind and support relaxation and sleep. It's really a great thing to have in your life! Rachel provides a number of circles of yoga that are friendly and welcoming yoga for everyone, regardless of your reason for wanting to come to yoga, whether an experienced yoga practitioner or a total beginner, everyone is welcome.

Rachel's classes combine postures and movement with a strong emphasis on the breath, combined in a mindful and heart felt way and always ending with time to relax.
